I’m at a concert and the band performing is called “Electric Frog”.
The lead singer is wearing what looks like one-piece chartreuse colored pajamas covered in what look like little aliens or kewpie dolls who are all smiling, with eyes closed and swaying to the music.
The music has a lulling vibe. The lead singer, the band, the crowd and even the little aliens/kewpie dolls on the lead singer’s PJ’s – everyone has eyes closed and is happily and peacefully swaying to the music.
I say out loud – “It must take a lot of courage to be the lead singer of a band and to dress like that”.

Today I will remember to restore my connection to something deeper.
That the electric male, who readily takes action, without the felt sense of being guided or connected to something deeper, can feel cold and lifeless.
The electric frog knows how to take action, but he also knows the value of leaving the land to be refreshed and renewed by diving deep into the watery depths of the unconscious, the infinite, in imagination and creativity, in unity and expansion. And when he can hold that connection to the watery depths, even while on land, a harmonious and blissful vibe permeates him that feels like a gentle smile that follows him everywhere.
The electric frog knows how to swim in the water and how to walk on land. Both. And he knows how to hold the slender thread that connects them both.
Today I will endeavor to dive deep and remember to hold the slender thread of connection that guides my everyday actions and to not concern myself with how I appear to others.
